Carelus Business Services provides bookkeeping, administrative support, website-related services, and related business support services. All services are provided based on information supplied by the client and are intended for organizational and informational purposes only.

We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advisory services unless explicitly stated in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

  • Review work provided and notify us of any discrepancies promptly

  • Maintain responsibility for all business decisions and filings

Carelus is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Payments & Billing

Fees for services will be outlined in invoices, proposals, or service agreements. Ongoing services may be billed monthly unless otherwise specified.

Late or unpaid balances may result in a pause or termination of services.

Intellectual Property

All website designs, content, layouts, and materials created by Carelus remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

Carelus Business Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services provided.

Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Any outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
